Terms of Use / Copyright / License AgreementThese Terms apply to all content created and published by SANZAKA (hereinafter referred to as “the Creator”),including but not limited to illustrations, Live2D models, designs, written works, PSD files, modeling data, setting/reference materials, and any related or derivative assets (hereinafter referred to as “the Works”).┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 1 (Acceptance of Terms)At the time a user requests, contacts, commissions, places an order, purchases, applies for use, or otherwise declares usage of the Creator’s works, the user is deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.No objections based on non-reading, lack of confirmation, or misunderstanding shall be accepted.┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 2 (Copyright)Unless a separate written transfer agreement explicitly states otherwise, all copyrights and moral rights to the Works belong exclusively to the Creator.Payment for commissions or purchases does not constitute a transfer of copyright; it is compensation for a usage license only.┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 3 (License of Use)Users may use the Works only within the scope explicitly agreed upon in advance with the Creator.Any use outside the agreed scope is strictly prohibited.┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)The following actions are strictly prohibited:・Unauthorized reproduction or use (including all media such as social media, streaming, videos, websites, printed materials, etc.)
・Use for AI training, AI generation, machine learning, analysis, or any generative purposes (strictly prohibited for both personal and commercial use)
・False claims of authorship or impersonation of the Creator
・Secondary distribution or redistribution (regardless of modification)
・Disassembly, extraction, modification, reuse, or repurposing of production data (including PSD, Live2D, textures, etc.)
・Unauthorized editing or modification
・Subcontracting, third-party modification requests, or re-production requests
・Use for antisocial activities, illegal activities, or purposes against public order and morals
・Use for religious, political, or ideological activities
・Any use that damages the Creator’s or the Work’s reputation or credibility┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 5 (Commercial Use)All commercial use requires a separate commercial license fee.Any use that generates monetary profit or equivalent benefit, regardless of the amount, is considered commercial use.Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.Examples of commercial use (not limited to):・Streaming activities (monetized)
・Video uploads / ad revenue
・Social media operation / promotion
・Donations, memberships, subscriptions
・Merchandise sales / BOOTH or similar platforms
・Advertising, PR, or corporate projects
・Promotional or business useAdditional licensing requirements:The following may require separate permission and/or additional fees:・Corporate use
・Large-scale commercial deployment
・Overseas expansion
・Licensing operations
・Secondary revenue models or derivative monetization systems┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 6 (Credit Attribution)When publishing or using the Works, credit attribution is required in principle.・Creator name: SANZAKA
・X (Twitter) ID or linkOmission, alteration, or false attribution of credit is strictly prohibited.Exceptions may be allowed through prior consultation in cases of platform limitations or corporate use.Failure to provide proper credit, or providing false/altered credit, may result in suspension of use, removal requests, or other corrective actions.┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 7 (Editing / Modification)As a general rule, modification or editing of the Works is prohibited.Permitted (limited cases only):・Cropping for icons, headers, thumbnails, etc. (only for resizing/display purposes)
・Automatic compression, color variation, or resolution changes caused by platform specificationsThese changes are considered unavoidable system/display effects and do not constitute intentional modification.Prohibited actions include:・Color adjustment or filters
・Drawing additions or part modifications
・Facial expression changes or additions
・Design alterations
・Changes to Live2D structure or parameters
・Any alteration that changes the original form┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 8 (Portfolio Use)The Creator may use and publish the Works for the following purposes:・Portfolio display
・Social media / website publication
・Work samples or case studiesUnless the client explicitly requests non-disclosure in advance, the Creator may freely publish the Works.The Creator may apply edits such as cropping, watermarking, or text overlays when publishing.Confidential or corporate projects may be excluded through prior agreement.┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 9 (Client-Provided Materials)The Creator assumes no responsibility for any copyright or legal issues arising from materials, references, designs, or data provided by the client.┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 10 (Usage Period)Unless otherwise specified, the usage license is granted indefinitely.However, usage rights may be suspended in the following cases:・Violation of these Terms
・Unauthorized or fraudulent use
・Serious harm to the Creator’s rights or reputationUpon suspension, the user must immediately cease all use of the Works.┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 11 (Fees / Charges)All production costs and associated fees (payment fees, transfer fees, platform fees, etc.) are borne by the user (client) in principle.These may be included in the total quoted amount at the time of estimate.The user agrees that the quoted amount is the final payable amount.Additional costs arising from payment system changes or exchange rate fluctuations are also borne by the user.┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 12 (Cancellation / Refunds)Cancellation or refunds after production has begun are not permitted in principle.Cancellation fees may apply depending on progress.┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 13 (Subcontracting / Third-Party Use)Subcontracting, redistribution, resale, or re-production of the Works is strictly prohibited.┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 14 (Data Management)The Creator assumes no responsibility for data loss, leakage, or management of delivered files after delivery.┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 15 (Violation of Terms)In case of violation, the Creator may take the following actions:・Suspension of use or publication
・Requests for data deletion
・Claims for damages
・Legal action or any necessary measures┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Article 16 (Changes to Terms)These Terms may be changed without prior notice.The latest version shall always apply.
